# REVIEW FLAGS — videos (2026-08-29)
*Autonomous producer run 2026-08-29 10:36-11:52. NOTHING POSTED. Autopost kill switch (_AUTOPOST-PAUSE.txt, Gregory 2026-06-30) is active, so the run was produce-only and approval-gated regardless of QA. Run did not finish: the process was killed mid-build during QA try 2 (exit 144, no traceback, no OOM) before a crew report could be written. This file was written by hand from the run log.*

## best_sellers__Hello-Summer-Printed-V-Neck-Blouse.mp4
**QA try 1/3: FAIL (73%)** — try 2 was killed mid-build, try 3 never ran.
- B4_coherence: FAIL — frames 2-3: both arms teleport from one pose to another (right arm behind head -> hip, left arm lowered -> hip) with no intermediate motion; reads as a jump cut. frames 3-4: arms again jump from behind the head to the hips.
- B6_captions: FAIL — "Best seller" has insufficient contrast against the busy background, not comfortably readable at a glance. "VERY BESTY" is too small to be comfortably readable at a glance.
- E_locations: FAIL — no real environment, same pose repeated, limited real-world location variety, studio backdrop.

### Why E_locations failed (structural, not a flake)
Product photos resolved to a single setting (`indoor styled room`), so the producer dropped into **lookbook mode: single real location, beats vary by pose/angle** — then E_locations failed it for having one location. Try 2 picked a different product whose photos resolved to `indoor decorated set` and entered lookbook mode again. This is the documented standoff: the scene rule (distinct backdrop per beat) and lookbook mode contradict each other for any product whose photos all come from one setting. Those products can never pass.

**4th consecutive recorded run with E_locations: FAIL (8/24, 8/25, 8/26 no output, 8/29).** Needs Gregory's decision, not a unilateral one:
- (a) relax the scene rule for single-setting products so pose+angle variety satisfies it, or
- (b) exclude single-setting products from video selection (`vb_select.py`) so the producer only picks products with genuine multi-location photo sets.

### Separate, independently fixable defects
- **Captions** (B6): same clipping/contrast/size failure logged 8/16 and 8/25. Real and fixable, but fixing it alone unblocks nothing while E_locations still fails.
- **Beat-to-beat limb continuity** (B4): the i2v clips are not continuous across beat boundaries; arms snap between beats.

### Run-health notes
- The producer process died at 11:52 during try 2 clip 3 with exit 144 (128+16) and no Python traceback. System memory was 62% free; no OOM or jetsam entry in the system log. Cause not identified — external termination, not a script fault.
- No producer run directory exists for 2026-08-27 or 2026-08-28, and 2026-08-26 produced only a `_work` dir with no output. The scheduled task appears to have missed or failed early on those days.
